Landlords obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act

The Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2010 (RTAA 2010) has made significant changes to the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.  These provisions have      been in force for more than a year now.  Having someone who doesn’t know the Residential Tenancies Act or the RTAA changes is a risky business for landlords.  It is simply not worth the hassle of falling foul of the law and can ruin a hard earned holiday.
